Tim Walker & crew with their attention to detail, creativity, and workmanship, made our dreams come true.  This team took on our project with many years of experience between them. They pulled their ideas together,  helping us form  a vision! Throughout the project they kept our home clean and clutter free.  They finished on time! Tim and team pulled off the impossible for our family. My husband is terminally ill and we needed a garage bay converted into a handicapped bedroom and full bath with shower right away since my husband could no longer manage the stairs. Tim not only completed the project in two weeks from start to finish and did an amazing job, but he was so considerate and had his entire team climb through a window that they had made until the project was finished so that they would not disturb our family. The room is perfect and we wouldn’t be able to manage right now with out it. Tim is a true angel with heart and the utmost integrity.

Our home was already completed when we met Tim. He was personally involved with every aspect of the changes we requested and he did them in a cheerful and responsible manner. The work was of the same consistent high quality as the house as originally built. He was also very responsive when we needed work under the home warranty. We met with several builders before finding Tim and we knew immediately we found the person to build our home. We instinctively liked Tim because he is personable, knowledgeable, flexible and he is genuinely interested in listening to our ideas. Throughout the entire process, Tim listened to our needs and plans for building a “green” home and then worked diligently to find ways to make those ideas become reality. Tim has solid relationships with his sub contractors. This is evident throughout the house, but especially in the details around the kitchen design, fireplace, cabinetry, tile work, trim and window work. Since moving in, we have been very pleased with the energy performance of our “green” home. The quality of our home continues to impress us especially when we look at other new built homes in the area. Thank you again for building our dream home!

Tim worked hard to get us the best prices on materials, and he built our home on budget and under schedule. Many of his subcontractors commented on how nice he was to work for, and how quality oriented he is.
