We met with several builders before finding Tim and we knew immediately we found the person to build our home. We instinctively liked Tim because he is personable, knowledgeable, flexible and he is genuinely interested in listening to our ideas. Throughout the entire process, Tim listened to our needs and plans for building a “green” home and then worked diligently to find ways to make those ideas become reality. Tim has solid relationships with his sub contractors. This is evident throughout the house, but especially in the details around the kitchen design, fireplace, cabinetry, tile work, trim and window work. Since moving in, we have been very pleased with the energy performance of our “green” home. Tim and team pulled off the impossible for our family. My husband is terminally ill and we needed a garage bay converted into a handicapped bedroom and full bath with shower right away since my husband could no longer manage the stairs. Tim not only completed the project in two weeks from start to finish and did an amazing job, but he was so considerate and had his entire team climb through a window that they had made until the project was finished so that they would not disturb our family. The room is perfect and we wouldn’t be able to manage right now with out it. Tim is a true angel with heart and the utmost integrity.

Tim worked hard to get us the best prices on materials, and he built our home on budget and under schedule. Many of his subcontractors commented on how nice he was to work for, and how quality oriented he is. Tim put in a lot of time with us before we hired him, and it’s obvious he’s passionate about his work. We’d work with him again without hesitation
