Throughout the entire process, Tim listened to our needs and plans for building a “green” home and then worked diligently to find ways to make those ideas become reality. Tim has solid relationships with his sub contractors. This is evident throughout the house, but especially in the details around the kitchen design, fireplace, cabinetry, tile work, trim and window work.

Tim and team pulled off the impossible for our family. My husband is terminally ill and we needed a garage bay converted into a handicapped bedroom and full bath with shower right away since my husband could no longer manage the stairs. Tim not only completed the project in two weeks from start to finish and did an amazing job, but he was so considerate and had his entire team climb through a window that they had made until the project was finished so that they would not disturb our family.
